Areas of Improvement and corrections of non-compliance from previous visit:

  • First aid kit not in vehicle, Seat belts- added a another vehicle to accommodate, fixed fence, removed broken toys, received child information and immunization records, personnel had daily attendance, physical environment checklist was provided, proof of insurance for van and new driver, personnel in charge posted, and fire extinguisher's were and tagged and inspected.
