Serious-Licensing observed hazards items accessible in both bathroom. In bathroom near infant room, cleaning supplies (Scrubbing bubbles bathroom cleaner) were sitting on the cabinet. The bathroom in the hallway the cabinets underneath the sink did not have any child proof latches and allowed the doors to be able to be opened and a gallon bottle of bleach was under the sink. In the laundry room cleaners were accessible to children. Children have to walk through the laundry room to go outside.
