Non Compliance Observed Child Care Licensing observed nine staff no personnel information form submitted to Licensing within two weeks of employment. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Assistant Director will get staff to complete personnel information forms and send to Licensing. Sinks in classrooms of school age building observed to have required water temperature. Outdoor play are under swings observed to have required impact material. Staff have CPR/FA as required. Staff have ELCCT as required. Equipment inventory has been completed since previous visit and is within required timeframe.
