Non Compliance Observed Child Care Licensing observed last fire inspection 9/11/2020. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director, Raven Carter contacted fire inspector while Licensing was in her office. Fire inspector was in the field and said he would contact director back as soon as possible. Director will schedule fire inspection as soon as possible and ensure fire inspection is completed every 2 years to maintain compliance with requirements. Regulation Description Fire inspections. Inspections are conducted at least every two years by the local or state fire governmental authority having jurisdiction. Documentation is maintained per OAC 340:110-3-281.2(c). Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent
Non Compliance Observed Child Care Licensing observed one teacher employed more then 90-calendar days no ELCCT. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director, Raven Carter to inform teacher that ELCCT is required to be completed as soon as possible. Director will ensure all staff obtain ELCCT within 90 calendar days of employment in the future to maintain compliance with requirements. Regulation Description Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent. Prior to, or within 90-calendar days of employment, teaching personnel hired after August 1, 2003, complete an approved entry-level training listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website, such as ELCCT. However, this training is not required when previously received, unless the individual has not been employed at a licensed program within the last five years. Plan to Correct Date 2022-12-05
