Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed one personnel on site and who has been transporting without a background submission or fingerprints. Director will ensure prior to hiring anyone that fingerprints are timely and backgrounds are submitted. Director will ensure prior to transporting they have a completed background and current fa/cpr.
