Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder
Non Compliance Observed One teaching personnel employed 8/12/21 has not obtained a professional development ladder. One probationary master teacher has a PDL which expired on 6/1/22. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Personnel are working on training hours and submitting these hours to cecpd to be processed. The program will ensure all teaching personnel have a current PDL and have obtained one within 12 months of employment. Regulation Description Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder. The program will ensure all documentation of elcct is accessible to licensing if not showing on the programs registry. Regulation Description Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent. Prior to, or within 90-calendar days of employment, teaching personnel hired after August 1, 2003, complete an approved entry-level training listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website, such as ELCCT.
