Non Compliance Observed 2 staff members employed at the program for 12 months do not have current PDL certifications, Including one staff member that has been documented three times in the past 12 months. Non Compliance Observed During the walkthrough, the three year old classroom had 15 three year olds present with one personnel, placing the classroom over ratio. The 3-4 year old classroom's teacher did not have completed background results, placing this classroom out of ratio.
