Non Compliance Observed Director reported that they have a current policy and that it is updated but she did not have the current copy during the visit. Director requested a copy during the visit. Director will send a copy to licensing and will keep a current copy onsite. Regulation Description Program liability insurance policy. Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed six staff who did not have current PDL certificates. Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed one staff employed over 90 days to not have ELCCT training. Regulation Description Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent. Prior to, or within 90-calendar days of employment, teaching personnel hired after August 1, 2003, complete an approved entry-level training listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website, such as ELCCT. Pest control
Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed two drawers in one classroom to have evidence of a mouse.
