Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent
Non Compliance Observed One staff employed over 90 days, CD, does not have proof of completing ELCCT at this time. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will ensure all staff complete ELCCT within 90 days of hire or have proof they completed it prior. She states this staff has worked in child care previously and completed this training but they do not have a copy of her certificate. She has contacted CECPD and Theracube to try to obtain a copy and has not had any luck. Regulation Description Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent. Prior to, or within 90-calendar days of employment, teaching personnel hired after August 1, 2003, complete an approved entry-level training listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website, such as ELCCT. However, this training is not required when previously received, unless the individual has not been employed at a licensed program within the last five years. Plan to Correct Date 2023-06-13
