Upon notifying the director of this, she threw the bottle of medicine away. Director states the only medication given right now is diaper cream, and these medication permission forms are located in the classrooms. She states she will go trough each classroom and check diaper bags and cubbies. Will remind all staff and parents that all medication weather prescription or over the counter must be given to the director to put in the designated medication box, which will be inaccessible and in a location such as the kitchen or the director's office.
