Non Compliance Observed Background investigations are not completed or in process for three staff employed on 3/31/25, 4/10/25 and 5/29/25. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Requests were submitted through BIDS during the visit and all staff are now "in process". Director will follow through to ensure all staff receive complete results with no concerns; background checks will be requested prior to any staff beginning employment at the program. Non Compliance Observed Teacher employed on 11/08/22 does not have a current OPDL certification - expired 12/11/24; another teacher employed on 1/16/24 (past 12 months) has not obtain and OPDL certification.
