Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed a 10 month old infant sleeping on its back. Licensing asked how the child was placed into the crib and staff stated infant was placed in crib on it's belly. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Will make sure that infants are placed on backs when placed into cribs. Will review safe sleep requirements will all infant teachers. Regulation Description Infants who are able to turn themselves over, are placed initially on their back for sleeping, but may turn themselves over and sleep in a position they prefer.
