Ratios
Non Compliance Observed Two classrooms were over in ratio. One classroom had 13:1 with 1 two year old and the other classroom had 14:2 with 1 infant. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Director fixed during visit by opening another classroom. Director stated that she will have staff come in earlier so that classroom do not get out of ratio in the future. Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes. Only teaching personnel count in ratios, unless requirements specifically state otherwise. The program is required to maintain ratios at all times. Plan to Correct Date 2023-06-22
