Non Compliance Observed Five teachers do not have orientation training as required. Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent
Non Compliance Observed One teacher does not have ELCCT and they were hired 12/18/2023. This is the second documentation of this non-compliance. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct The director will have this teacher complete the training. The director will alert the licensing when it is completed. The director will use the checklist for hire. Regulation Description Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent. Prior to, or within 90-calendar days of employment, teaching personnel hired after August 1, 2003, complete an approved entry-level training listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website, such as ELCCT. Maintenance of facility
Non Compliance Observed There was a broken & loose tile in the boy's restroom upstairs. There was carpet that was not firmly attached to the downstairs stage on the stairs. Two holes was forming in walls on either side of the stage where sheetrock was visible and accessible to the children. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct The Director will put filler on the sheetrock. The tile will be fixed or replaced. They will remove that section of carpet. Non Compliance Observed The area in front of the bottom of the slide on the older playground had grass growing in the use zone.
