Non Compliance Observed in the twos and older room there are 4 mats that are ripped. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct The mats will be replaced and maintained in good condition. Director is going to replace the mats today with what she has in storage and if she needs additional mats the broken mats will be replaced with cots until the ones she orders comes in. Regulation Description Mats. Each individual mat is at least one-inch thick and covered with a durable, washable, waterproof, form-fitting material. Inflatable mats are not used for rest time.
