Non Compliance Observed Does not have hand washing procedures posted by 3 sinks in the 2 and 3 year old room. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Personnel in charge stated she will post hand washing procedures once licensing mails them new ones. In the future handwashing remain posted as required. Regulation Description Post near sinks – hand washing procedures. The program posts OKDHS Publication No. 14-02 – Hand Washing Procedures Using Paper Towels or OKDHS Publication No. 14-03 – Hand Washing Procedures Using Mechanical Hand Dryers, where individuals can read the publication during hand washing. Non Compliance Observed Does not have 6 inches impact accessible in use zone of jungle gym with visible ground showing. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Personnel in charge stated that they will go thru their protocol to order pea gravel impact. Once approved impact will be order and spread out thru use zone of jungle gym. In the future 6 inches impact will be accessible in use zone of jungle gym at all time Regulation Description are maintained at a depth of at least six inches by replacing, leveling, or raking.
