Areas of Improvement and corrections of non-compliance from previous visit:
- Licensing observed plan of correction in place from 6/11/2024 serious self reported incident. Staff meeting was conducted 6/13/2024 by director to discuss supervision and ratios while outdoors and importance of child count before and after outdoor play. Director also ensures outdoor attendance sheets are completed by all teachers before and after outdoor play at all times.
