Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed one staff working with infants that did not have safe sleep training. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: Yes Plan to Correct This was corrected when Director removed staff from infant classroom while Licensing was onsite, and stated the staff member will take a 2 formal hour safe sleep training by Monday 11-17-25. Director will make sure all new staff have a two formal hour safe sleep training prior to working with infants. Regulation Description Safe sleep.
