Non Compliance Observed One staff member's OPDL expired on 2/10/2026. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct One staff is currently working on their training. The staff will have all of their hours completed by the end of business day tomorrow, 2/20/2026. The staff will not be allowed to work until all of their training is completed and their PDL is submitted for renewal. Compliance files in children's records are dated within the past year. All staff members have current CPR First Aid certifications. The center is clean, organized, and welcoming for children. Leadership has worked diligently to organize their files and keep their records up to date.
