Non Compliance Observed One child had a compliance file notification form dated 9/3/2024. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Assistant Director Judy McConnell will have the parent fill out a new form upon child pick up. In the future, Ms. McConnell will create a binder with all of the compliance file notifications in them and have parents fill them out annually every October. Ms. McConnell is going to have all parents fill out new forms next week. Regulation Description Parents complete DHS forms every 12 months regarding insurance liability and the compliance file. Non Compliance Observed One staff's CPR First Aid certification expired on 2/28/2025. Staff was employed on 5/8/2025. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Director Noemi Carreras will sign the staff member up for CPR First Aid certification today. In the future, Ms. Carreras and Ms. McConnell will check staff's professional development monthly. Regulation Description Position specific professional development.
