Non Compliance Observed Fire inspection expired in January 2025. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Typed for director. Director contacted Sapulpa Fire Department at time of visit. Will follow up with Sapulpa Fire Marshal at the end of week if no call back is received. Will ensure fire inspection is completed every 2 years. Regulation Description Fire inspections. Inspections are conducted at least every two years by the local or state fire governmental authority having jurisdiction. Documentation is maintained per OAC 340:110-3-281.2(c).
