Typed for director. Alarm on the hallway door will be replaced with a different brand than used in the past. Will install a front door alarm. Will purchase alarms for the playground doors to know when persons are coming in or out of the building. Will have staff stand by the playground doors to ensure children do not go inside the building unsupervised. When a child is out of routine will have staff supervise child more closely to ensure that child is safe and accounted for at all times. Will provide training in regard to active supervision to all staff.

Supervision is the function of observing, overseeing, and guiding a child or group of children, including an awareness of, and responsibility for, the ongoing activity of each child, and being near enough to intervene when needed. The program is required to maintain supervision at all times.
