Areas of Improvement and corrections of non-compliance from previous visit:

  • Annual Infection control completed 8/30/23; PDL updated for personnel from 3/2023 visit. Areas improvement: new equipment, rugs, new glass in office, and continues to work towards meeting all 5 Star criteria for 1/1/2024. Classroom with broken glass window has been fixed.
