(Serious) Licensing observed the kitchen door that leads to a bedroom, laundry room/bathroom, and to outside unlocked. In the bedroom located off of the kitchen, Licensing observed the following in the bedroom: A bow laying on the bed; The closet doors opened with an unlocked gun case propped up in the closet, a gun and ammunition was stored together in the unlocked gun case; Sitting on the floor by the unlocked gun case was ammunition for a different gun; Ammunition was also sitting on a shelf in the closet beside a machete knife; Three hunting arrows with broadheads/fixed blades and one arrow with a target tip sitting on the top of a shelf.

Licensing removed the ammunition immediately that was stored with the weapon and separated all ammunition/arrows away from the weapons. Primary caregiver moved weapons from the bedroom and stored according to requirements. Primary caregiver then stored ammunition according to requirements. In the future requirements will be maintained.

Weapons. All weapons are stored unloaded in a locked container, cabinet, or closet. Ammunition is stored in a locked area separate from weapons.
