Provider had 2 of her own children leave with grandma leaving her with only 7 children and 2 under 2yrs. Provider immediately moved the blanket out of rest equipment. Provider will ensure no blankets are to be in rest equipment with infants at all times. Regulation Description Pillows, covers, blankets, quilts, comforters, sheepskins, bumper pads, stuffed toys, and other soft products or bedding, are not permitted inside and on the side of infant rest equipment. Provider removed the infant from rest equipment with pacifier attachment. Provider will have an extra pacifier for daycare purposes, and will send the one with the attachment home with parents.
