Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct The toys were moved so the door would not be blocked. Ms. Hightower will make sure the outdoor toys are stored in another area so the exit is not blocked. Regulation Description Each room used for child care has at least two means of escape, and at least one escape is a door leading to an unobstructed path to the outside.
