Primary Provider will be more aware of the CPR/FA expiration date by setting reminders and by putting the expiration date on the white board. Non Compliance Observed The expiration date for the fire extinguisher to be serviced or replaced was June of 25. Primary provider will note the expiration on the white board so she will know when the fire extinguisher needs to be replaced or serviced. Regulation Description All fire extinguishers are replaced or serviced and tagged by a state licensed authority every three years. Replacement or service is also required when the seal is broken.
