Immunizations
Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed program to not have obtained 3 children's immunization record prior to the first day of attendance. Non Compliance Observed Personnel job positions are not listed correctly on the Direct Care Organization, therefore the program is not maintaining all items listed on the Direct Care Facility Handbook. Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed one assistant caregiver not having obtained at least the required number of professional development clock-hours to maintain a current Level 1 or higher OPDL certificate on site at the time of visit.
