Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed the program using time out for a 23 month old child. In the future, Toni Thompson stated that the program will no longer use timeout for children under 2 years of age and will direct the children. Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed 16 children at the program when licensing arrived at the program. The primary caregiver stated that 4 children who are usually not present when school age children arrive. The primary caregiver stated that in the future, the program will only allow allotted hours for children to ensure children in ratio do not overlaps. The program will ensure that before school pick up the program will not accept anymore children. Regulation Description Capacity. Large family child care homes are required to meet the rules found in OAC 340:110-3-84(a), and the total number of children in care in a large family child care home is limited to 12.
