Non Compliance Observed Non-compliance was observed due to CCL observing a 7-month-old infant sleeping in a crib with a blue bib around the neck. CCL immediately had the caregiver remove the bib from the child's neck. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct During the visit, the caregiver removed the bib around the child's neck. Provider reported she understands nothing can be on or around a child's neck in rest equipment. Provider reported she and her employees will be more aware of what is on a child before putting a child down for rest time. Provider will continue providing a safe environment for children including during nap time. Regulation Description bibs are not placed around the infant's neck. Plan to Correct Date 2025-09-09
