Non Compliance Observed Daily attended reviewed on 9/18/2023 by OIG found program did not maintain attendance for children in care. Children who were swiped in a the facility were either missing from the program's attendance records or there was no record of the children's attendance for that day. Provider turned in incomplete attendance records with missing dates or there was no record of the children's attendance for that day.
