Non Compliance Observed Attendance records were not kept up to date. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct I will find a new system that will work better for my records. I will keep the attendance out so that it is not forgotten. Parent notifications
Non Compliance Observed Compliance forms were not completed for some of the children in care. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct I will print out new compliance forms and get them signed within the next few days. I will set a yearly reminder to have these completed each year. Regulation Description Parents complete OKDHS Forms 07LC045E, Insurance Notification, and 07LC046E, Compliance File Notification, every 12 months. Forms are maintained at the facility.
