Non Compliance Observed Caregiver has removed fencing from play area where gate was located to replace with new. There is no fencing around that area to ensure children's safety. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Construction is to be finished next week for concrete in play area. Caregivers husband will add the fencing and gate to make the fence complete. Caregivers husband will add a temporary fencing barrier until all fencing is complete. Caregiver will assure the fence has no holes and is safe at all times. Children will not play outside until fence is complete. Regulation Description A fence beginning at ground level and in good repair is required. Licensing may grant an exception when children's safety can be ensured. Plan to Correct Date 2024-06-26
