Areas of Improvement and corrections of non-compliance from previous visit:

  • NC Corrections - Primary caregiver had obtained a current OPDL and required annual training; outdoor play area does not have any hazards present - no pet waste or tall grass present; no broken equipment; caregiver allowed Licensing to view the upstairs area of the home; no day care children were present in the upstairs area; all children had immunization records on file. Areas of Improvement - A new fence is being installed for the outdoor area.
