Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed no background check on BIDS for adult living in the home. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: Yes Plan to Correct During the visit, primary caregiver and adult living in the home scheduled a fingerprint appointment for 8/7/2025 and filled out the request for background check. Adult living in the home filled out a Request for License Addendum and Personnel Information form. Adult living in the home left the childcare home until childcare hours are over. In the future, Primary Caregiver will ensure children living in the home turning 18 years of age will have completed background checks, fingerprints, and required Licensing documentation. Primary Caregiver will also complete all required information for any other adult prior to they move into the home. Regulation Description adults living in the facility, prior to authorization to operate or moving into the facility of an existing program. In the future, Primary Caregiver will use a sleep sack if needed.
