Non Compliance Observed CCLS observed that primary caregiver who has been employed since 11/1/2001 has not completed 12 clock hours annually and currently has 0 hrs to date. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Typed for Provider: Provider will begin taking hours immediately and plans to finish hours within two weeks. Provider ensures that at least 12 hours annuals will be completed annually. Regulation Description General. The primary caregiver is required to complete 12 clock-hours of professional development annually through workshops, training, videos, or individual position-related readings. Only six clock-hours of videos or individual position-related readings are counted annually toward the required 12 clock-hours. Effective June 1, 2023, professional development meets requirements, per (5) of this paragraph. Plan to Correct Date 2023-09-24
Fire extinguishers
Non Compliance Observed CCLS observed that the fire extinguisher had not been replace or had a new tag added within the three year period as required and had expired on April, 2023. Provider ensures that extinguisher new extinguisher will be purchased every three years or extinguisher will be tagged. Regulation Description All fire extinguishers are replaced or serviced and tagged by a state licensed authority every three years. Replacement or service is also required when the seal is broken.
